Turner Rawlinson’s Personal Lines Account Handler, Ikram Aziz, is about to extend his responsibilities further as he assumes the role of Commercial Insurance Account Handler. This will see him manage a number of the firm’s commercial clients, in addition to the personal lines he already services. To date, Ikram has focused on building and maintaining Turner’s Rawlinson’s book of personal clients, which includes property owners and high net worth accounts, and he has done so capably and professionally, establishing a number of long term relationships. The new role will see him replicate this process for the firm’s commercial lines, and his day-to-day duties will include managing renewals, handling enquiries, producing quotations and inputting mid-term adjustments. Ikram says: “I am looking forward to assuming the responsibilities of Commercial Account Handler. I have been following a programme of personal development, which has seen me expand my skill-set to incorporate commercial accounts, and I am keen to now assume this role. I have always enjoyed the variety of my job and want to learn more about the various industries and clients we support, and how we can be of assistance in insuring their risks.” Ikram talks about his goals for the future: “I want to help Turner Rawlinson grow to its full potential by utilising all its resources at hand. In particular, I aim to develop a good relationship with my book of clients so they know they can rely on me.
